Spring Baseball

Nothing says Spring like going outside and tossing a baseball around. Wednesday I had one of my classes cancelled and since it was the first really nice day we've had this spring, four of us decided to play catch for thirty minutes. It was the highlight of my week. Class cancelled, sunshine, warmth, good friends, and America's pastime, what more could I ask for?

Speaking of Baseball...Today is the big day at the Miller household. Pastor Jeff & Family have a tradition on opening day for Cinn. Reds. Without cable of their own they come to the Miller house where we start our little celebration with brats, chips, and etc etc...but today was a different day. Mallory is throwing up, Kari found water in the basement, and I (Denise) have a spliting headache. And to top it off we have snow on the ground; it looks like December. BUT...Pastor Jeff, & devoted son Nolan are here watching the Reds get beat. Not the best day but we'tried. The game is better than most of our March Madness PICKS. GO Nobody. Luv Mom in MI

I hope you remembered those days you played catch with your dad because I sure do. Especially that Christmas break playing catch in the snow and ice free road in front of our house. Nothing says spring like playing catch with your son.
Love, Dad
